An Evening in Greenville, South Carolina

Over the course of the next month I will be putting the finishing touches on some songs that will become the first Slow and Steady LP.  The tracking for that album is set to begin September 26th in Greenville, South Carolina.  To celebrate the completion of the album, I have booked a show at the end of that week in my hometown at my favorite local venue.  The events of the last few months have spanned a tumultuous spectrum in my personal life, as I have relocated far away from all of the people I have always held closest to me.  To see all of your faces will be a wonderful pleasure and I couldn't think of a better excuse to gather everyone together than to cap off this experience of completing a record with a show under these circumstances.  I can't wait for this week and this day and I honestly believe it will go down in the books for me and hopefully everyone else involved.

The scene in which Gob Bluth jettisons a frozen and consequently dead dove into the ocean, only to have it float right back to him with the tide comes to mind.
